Having rented in Chicago for several years, I can honestly say this was one of the most seamless processes I’ve experienced. Our realtor Brianna was awesome to work with — super helpful, knew the area, and was just overall easy to talk to. The company was also great, really professional and fast to respond. Definitely recommend!

I was working with a different property manager for several years and suspected that the service was sub par. Who wants to go through the hassle of finding and engaging a new property manager? I got Russel’s name from a colleague and he set Green Ivy apart from the beginning. I’ve been with them for almost a year now and the difference for both myself and for my tenants is fantastic. Work orders are serviced with no drama, the team working on my building is terrific and there’s complete communication around all the issues that come up. I’m very happy that I did the work to switch. Green Ivy costs a little more and gives me a much more comprehensive service. It’s totally worth it.
