Kevin was born in Chicago and was partially raised in Medellin, Colombia. He went to Mather HS and Northtown Academy and is currently pursuing a MBA during his off time. He worked in different construction roles as well as a leasing agent to various property management companies in Chicago. His property manager experience really started off when he started supervising full gut remodels for 5 multi-family buildings and managed the building after the remodeling was completed. Since then, he has added the supervision of 30 single family home rehabs to his belt. He has been in real estate for just over 10 years and enjoys diverse challenges it presents on a day to day basis. Kevin joined Green Ivy at the beginning of 2023 as the maintenance coordinator and utilizes all his past experiences to provide great knowledge and excellent customer service.

Kevin resides in the northeast corner of the city and enjoys learning about all types of art and history during his off time. He is a big basketball fan as well as soccer but will watch any sport. He truly believes the Bulls will win the championship during his lifetime……lol
