Mirella Aldama has spent most of her life balancing family, real estate, and a healthy dose of organized chaos. A lifelong resident of Chicago’s Northwest Side, she attended St. Ferdinand School and Mother Guerin High School. Her deep roots in the community, combined with years of real estate experience, have shaped her straightforward, people-first approach to property management.

Real estate has been a part of Mirella’s life for more than 13 years. What started as helping manage her family’s properties evolved into a true passion for the business. She has hands-on experience in tenant relations, leasing, compliance, property operations, and resident services, enabling her to adapt quickly and handle challenges with confidence. When the opportunity to join Green Ivy came along in early 2026, she accepted the challenge of earning her Illinois leasing license on a tight timeline and successfully passed the exam to begin her career with the company.

Known for her transparency, strong communication skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Mirella genuinely enjoys building relationships with residents, owners, vendors, and colleagues alike. She believes real estate is all about people, and that respect, honesty, and a good sense of humor can solve most problems before they become bigger ones.

After successfully raising three children into adulthood, she is now focused on continuing to grow her real estate career while cheering her children on as they pursue their own goals and careers. When she isn’t managing properties, you can usually find her at a billiard table practicing what she jokingly refers to as her therapy, working on one of her business ventures, or finding new ways to turn ideas into opportunities. She firmly believes that confidence, persistence, and a good sense of humor can get you through just about anything life throws your way.
